专利说明:
Vehicle with a ground lighting device The invention relates to the field of motor vehicle lighting. More specifically, the invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising a ground lighting device, making it possible to illuminate the ground near the side doors of the vehicle. Motor vehicles are known which include a lighting device, known as “welcome lighting”, which makes it possible to illuminate the ground near the vehicle, and more particularly near the side doors of the vehicle, so that the driver and passengers can see the ground close to the vehicle. Such lighting is useful for accompanying vehicle users when they approach or move away from the vehicle in low light conditions, and especially at night. The known reception lighting devices are generally arranged in the exterior mirrors or in the lower part of the vehicle, near the front wheel. FIG. 1 represents a vehicle 1 equipped with a known lighting device. This lighting device comprises a headlight 10, 12 on each side of the vehicle, each headlight 10,12 being arranged in the lower part of the vehicle, near the corresponding front wheel. As shown in FIG. 1, each headlamp 10, 12 is capable of lighting the ground at the level of the front and rear side doors of the vehicle 1. The illuminated zones constitute light strips 14, 16 of elongated shape, close to that of a rectangle, and in the example of substantially trapezoidal shape. However, it can be seen that the light intensity of each illuminated area decreases as the distance from the projector increases. Thus, the brightness decreases from the front to the rear of each light strip (compared to the normal driving direction of the vehicle). The front part of each strip therefore has a significantly higher luminosity than the rear part 140 (it will be noted that in the appended figures, a denser filling corresponds to a greater light intensity). This non-uniform brightness is a drawback, particularly in terms of quality perceived by the customer. The object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle comprising a reception lighting device which makes it possible to illuminate the ground so as to obtain on each side of the vehicle a light strip of substantially uniform brightness. To this end, the invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising a lighting device provided for lighting the ground near the vehicle, the lighting device comprising, on each side of the vehicle: - a first headlamp, arranged in the lower part of the vehicle; - a second projector, arranged in the lower part of the vehicle; the lighting device being configured so that the areas illuminated on the ground respectively by the first projector and by the second projector located on the same side of the vehicle overlap at least partially. Thus, by combining, on each side of the vehicle, the light beams of two projectors oriented in such a way that the areas illuminated on the ground overlap at least partially, the light intensities of each projector are added to obtain a uniformly lit area. The vehicle equipped with a lighting device according to the invention makes it possible to obtain, on each side of the latter, a light strip uniformly illuminated over the entire surface thereof. In one embodiment, the surface of the overlap zone of the illuminated zones represents between 40% and 100% of the surface of each illuminated zone. In one embodiment, the first headlights are arranged, on each side of the vehicle, near the corresponding front wheel. In one embodiment, the second headlights are arranged, on each side of the vehicle, near the corresponding rear wheel. In one embodiment, the first headlights and / or the second headlights are arranged in a body element. In one embodiment, the bodywork element is a front fender or a rear fender. In one embodiment, the bodywork element is a rocker trim. In one embodiment, the first headlamps are disposed near the front end of the corresponding bodywork element, the second headlamps being arranged near the rear end of the corresponding bodywork element. In one embodiment, the first projectors and / or the second projectors include a mask making it possible to define the shape of the illuminated areas. In one embodiment, the mask has a non-uniform degree of transparency, and in particular a lower degree of transparency at the level of the overlap zone. The present invention will be better understood on reading the detailed description which follows, given with reference to the appended drawings, in which: - Figure 1, already described, shows a motor vehicle equipped with a known lighting device; - Figures 2 and 3 show a motor vehicle equipped with a lighting device according to the invention, respectively viewed from the side and seen from above; - Figure 4 is a diagram explaining the operation of the lighting device according to the invention; - Figure 5 shows an example of a projector that can equip the lighting device according to the invention. Figures 2 and 3 show a motor vehicle 2 according to the invention, the vehicle 2 being equipped with a lighting device according to the invention. The lighting device fitted to the vehicle 2 comprises, on each side of the vehicle 2, a first headlight, or headlight 20, 22, and a second headlight, or rear headlight 24, 26. The headlights 20, 22 and the headlights rear 24, 26 are arranged in the lower part of the vehicle body, at the level of a bodywork element 28 commonly known as the rocker panel. The headlights 20, 22 are in the example arranged near the front end of the body element 28, that is to say near the corresponding front wheel 30, 31. The rear headlights 24, 26 are in the example arranged near the rear end of the body element 28, that is to say near the corresponding rear wheel 32, 33. Each headlight 20, 22 is arranged so that the light beam which it emits is oriented towards a first area 38 of the ground (visible in FIG. 3) located near the front 34 and rear 36 doors of the vehicle 2, and therefore behind the corresponding front projector 20, 22. Each rear projector 24, 26 is arranged so that the light beam which it emits is oriented towards a second area 40 of the ground located near the front doors 34 and rear 36, and therefore in front of the corresponding rear projector 24, 26. According to the invention, and as shown in FIG. 4, the first and second zones 38, 40 (or illuminated zones 38, 40) respectively illuminated by the front headlights 20, 22 and by the rear headlights 24, 26 define a zone overlap 42. In the example of FIGS. 2 to 4, the overlap is partial, that is to say that the first and second zones 38, 40 are not combined. However, in the context of the invention, this recovery can be total. Thus, the surface of each overlap zone 42 represents at least 40%, and preferably at least 60% of the surface of each illuminated zone 38, 40. Of course, when the overlap is total, the surface of each overlap zone 42 then represents 100% of the surface of an illuminated zone 38, 40. As also visible in FIG. 3, the overlap of the first and second zones 38, 40 respectively illuminated by the front lights 20, 22 and rear 24, 26 allows to obtain a light strip 44 on the ground, the brightness of which is uniform. Indeed, as shown diagrammatically in FIG. 4, the brightness of the first zone 38 (illuminated by the corresponding headlight 20, 22) is lower towards the rear end 380 of this zone, while the second zone 40 (illuminated by the corresponding rear projector 24, 26) is lower towards the front end 400 of this zone. Thus, the partial or total superposition of the illuminated zones 38, 40 makes it possible to add their respective luminosities, and thus to obtain, on each side of the vehicle, a light strip 44 which is illuminated in a substantially homogeneous manner. FIG. 5 shows an exemplary embodiment of a projector 3 which can be used in the context of the lighting device according to the invention. The projector 3 comprises a light source 50, the light source comprising for example one or more light-emitting diodes. The projector 5 also comprises one or more focusing lens (s) 54 and / or projection lens (s) 56. The projector also includes a mask 58 making it possible in particular to delimit the shape of the emitted beam 60 and therefore that of the area illuminated 38, 40 on the ground (in the example an elongated rectangular or trapezoidal shape). Optionally, the mask 58 can also allow the display of various patterns (logo, slogans, etc.) within the illuminated area on the ground. Provision may also be made for the mask 58 to have a non-uniform degree of transparency, for example so that the brightness emitted by each of the projectors 20, 22, 24 26 is limited to the level of the overlap zones 42, in order to ensure a brightness that is as homogeneous as possible. Advantageously, four identical projectors will be used, thereby reducing the cost of the lighting device and of the vehicle 5 according to the invention.
